Transfers and refunds

Entries are non-refundable. Once you’ve entered, we can’t refund your entry fee if you can’t take part, except under our pregnancy and parenthood policy.

Refund protection. When you enter through SiEntries you can add refund protection at checkout. If you can’t make it, any refund comes from that cover, under its own terms, not from us.

No transfers. Entries can’t be passed to another runner. You must run under your own name and race number.

No race swaps. You can’t switch to a different race after entering, so choose your distance carefully.

Deferrals. If something comes up, get in touch and we’ll talk through the options. If you’re growing your family between entering and race day, see our pregnancy and parenthood policy: you can choose a full refund or a deferral.
